Cancellation Policy

A card on file is required at the time of booking. If an appointment is canceled 48 hours in advance or a now show occurs 50% of the missed service will be charged to the card on file. This does not go toward a new appointment.

If you have paid a retainer for an appointment this will not be refunded or go towards a new appointment without more than 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Please do not bring anyone to your appointment who is not receiving a service. As much as we love littles, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment if you do not arrange child care. Cancelation fees will apply for rescheduling.
